What MonuDesk does

MonuDesk covers what a monument shop does between the first call and the final payment, on one screen:

  • Order board. Every order is a card, every stage a column, from Quote to Completed, with a to-do list on every order.
  • MonuDesk Paper Order Scan. A photo or PDF of a paper contract becomes a filled-in quote in about 10 to 20 seconds.
  • Quotes from the dealer's own price book, with several options per family; the accepted quote becomes the order.
  • Contracts, invoices and receipts from one entry, ready to print or send.
  • Family portal. Each family follows its order, finds its documents and pays online; on Pro, it approves the drawing.
  • MonuStudio, the 3D monument designer inside MonuDesk, on every plan; on Max, also on the dealer's own website.
  • Cemetery rules for applications, foundations, plot details and fees, set once per cemetery.
  • Purchase orders, foundation orders and shop tickets from the order, and PO Tracking for what is still out at each vendor (Pro).
  • Installations calendar with promise dates and weather flags (Pro).
  • Open balances, business insights and tax reports (Pro).
  • Conversations, an email inbox for Gmail and Outlook inside MonuDesk, with each email kept next to its order (Pro).
  • QuickBooks Online connection (Pro).
  • MonuBrain, an AI assistant that answers questions about the shop's orders (Max).
  • MonuDesk B2B: funeral homes and the dealers a wholesaler supplies order online, free for invited partners.

About MonuDesk (boilerplate)

MonuDesk is order management software for monument dealers, headstone retailers and memorial shops, founded 2025, from $149/month. It covers what a monument shop does between the first call and the final payment: quotes, drawings, cemetery paperwork, installs and payments, on one screen. Each family gets a portal link to see where their stone is, find their documents and pay online, and MonuStudio, the 3D designer inside MonuDesk, shows the family the stone before it is cut. MonuDesk is built in weekly conversations with the monument dealers who use it. More at monudesk.com.

Media contact

Dennis Rodin, founder. [email protected], (249) 294-2011.

“For those clients of mine that actually have an email address, I can just send them the portal. So now, instead of getting 50 calls a day with 40 of them being clients asking where we are in the process, I'm just getting calls for new monuments.”
Wendy Feliciano, Manager, Carbone Memorials, New York
“I feel like I'm getting so much more with MonuDesk, and it's growing at such a fast, strategic pace. It just really works, and it's so worth the cost.”
Kaleigh Pacheco, Owner, Granite State Monuments, New Hampshire
