MonuDesk is a SaaS platform for the US headstone market. An industry stuck in the stone age with zero software. We're changing that. We need engineers who want to build something that matters.
Who We Are
A team of 5, most of us in our early 20s, building software for an industry that still runs on paper, fax machines, and spreadsheets. The small things we build have a massive impact on how these companies operate. There are no layers and no bureaucracy here. You talk directly to the founder. We don't care about credentials or degrees, we care about passion, attention to detail, and a track record of building something great.
MonuDesk is fully bootstrapped with no investors and no outside pressure. We build what our customers need, and they're hands-on with us because they believe in what we're building. Every feature you ship goes live to real users who depend on it.
Our small team already built something no other software in this industry has: a custom customer portal that lets families track their memorial orders in real time. That's the kind of work you'd be doing here. You won't be maintaining old code. You'll be building things that have never existed before.

The Role
Frontend / Fullstack Engineer
This is a full time, remote, long term position. We start with a 1 month paid trial, then move to a full time salary increase. You'll have direct impact from day one. No tickets from a PM you've never met. You'll see your work used the same week you ship it.

At least 2 years of professional development experience.
A CRM, order management system, or similar business application in your portfolio.
This is a full time position. 100% commitment to MonuDesk.
Fluent English and clear communication on camera.
Proactive. You see what needs improving and you improve it.
