Delete your MonuDesk account

This page explains how to delete an account in MonuDesk, the order management software for monument retailers, published as the "MonuDesk" app on Google Play and the App Store.
Delete your user account
- Email [email protected] from the email address you sign in with.
- Use the subject "Delete my account" and tell us which company you work for.
- We confirm by email that the request comes from you, delete your account within 30 days and let you know when it is done.
Your company's owner can also remove your access at any time in Settings > Team.
Delete your company's account
If you own your company's MonuDesk account, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete our company account". You can export your data for 30 days after your contract ends. After that we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.
What we delete
- Your user account: your name, email address, phone number, login details, notification settings and the phones registered for push notifications.
- For a company account, also the company's orders, quotes, customers, files and messages.
What we keep, and for how long
- Orders, quotes, notes and files you created in your company's account belong to your company. When only your user account is deleted, they stay with your company.
- Billing and accounting records, for as long as the law requires.
