StoneSpot Pricing and Plans Explained (2026)

StoneSpot sells two flat-rate plans, Basic at $299 and Pro at $599 a month, per its listings on Software Advice and GetApp. StoneSpot's own site quotes prices on request, so the directory listings are the only public source. This article lists what each plan includes, what the listings do not say, and where MonuDesk sits next to it. Checked 17 October 2026.

What StoneSpot is
StoneSpot describes itself as cloud-based order tracking for monument builders: orders, clients, shipping, suppliers, inventory, reports and a calendar, in ten sections, with a mobile app for iOS and Android. The listing names one integration, Dropbox backup. It is built for monument builders, memorialists and granite suppliers, and the Pro plan's wholesale client portal points at the supplier side of the trade.
What the listings do not say
- A family-facing portal. The listing describes a wholesale client portal and an automated approval system on Pro. A page where a family follows its own order, sees documents and pays online is not described.
- A drawing or 3D tool. Not mentioned.
- Cemetery applications and foundation orders. The shipping section mentions communicating with cemeteries; forms are not mentioned.
- A free trial. The listings show no free trial and no free version.
- Reviews. Capterra, GetApp and Software Advice all show none as of October 2026.

For a shop with several people at desks, StoneSpot's unlimited users narrow the gap. For a shop that wants QuickBooks, the gap is $300 a month. For a shop that wants families to stop calling for status, MonuDesk's portal is the difference, since StoneSpot does not describe one.
